Abbie, the Award-Winning film maker.

Currently pursuing a BFA in Film and Television at Louisiana State University, Abigail has worked on a range of productions. From zero-budget shorts to projects with substantial funding, working on set in various crew roles. At LSU, she has worked in a variety of on-set roles, from gaffer and grip to director and cinematographer, each offering a unique experience.

Her studies have brought her to topics in Cinematography, Editing, Directing, Film History, and Production, through which she has developed skills in lighting, sound, design, and storytelling, both in the classroom and on professional sets.

Recently, her and her team have been recognized for “Best New Work” for at the New York Chain Film Festival.

In the fall, she’ll be directing $5 Margaritas, a short film she wrote that was awarded a production grant through a competitive pitch process by the LSU School of Film.
